Our paint plants are moving towards generating zero industrial effluence and zero hazardous solid waste. We’ve upgraded our effluence treatment facilities, installed reverse osmosis plants, and instituted appropriate recycling and reuse schemes. These efforts go a long way in helping us achieve our aim for Zero Waste.
We constantly streamline and innovate with our processes. For instance, we produce large batch sizes to help us achieve substantial savings in resources deployed. We’ve created bulk storage facilities for monomers in order to reduce wastage. We’ve also improved our incinerating systems and implemented reverse osmosis.
